The level of involvement by the Powerski Jetboard was not representated in the movie but for the better as PSI was going through alot of R&D in Hawaii during the filming. There are solo shots of Bob Montgomery and the Powerski Jetboard attacking the atoll that never made into the film. We would love to get our hands on the footage that didn't make it into the movie. |

Every Sunday the Powerski crew along with Dave Silva and several others would go jetboarding around the island often to the amazement of the locals. Dave Silva who was Kevin Costner's brother in law at the time, couldn't get enough of the Powerski Jetboard and later became a partner. Dave has written a script around the Powerski Jetboard that will hopefully be produced in the near future. |
