Production
Components are Piling Up at PowerSki's San Clemente Facility
For several months, PowerSki has
been purchasing and receiving board components
in the hundreds. While at the same time the assembly
line has been developed for optimal speed
and quality control. This strategy has positioned
PSI to continue their low rate production
while the assembly system is refined.

In these pictures above you
see the hundreds of parts and components being accumulated
for the assembly of the PowerSki Jetboard™ Igniter
360™. With the PowerThruster Pumps on the left and Handle
Parts on the right.

At present PSI has been accumulating
100's of fuel tanks, pumps, handles, carburetors,
snorkels, and other associated components
to begin the new assembly processes. |

Here you see the cranks that will be put to use
as we continue in our low rate production of the Igniter
330™ Jetboard. On the right are the fuel tanks all
ready to be installed.

Assembly line development has commenced
at PSI headquarters with the addition of
individual assembly stations designed to
assemble each board in one eight
hour period. The initial design incorporates
five stations working in a controlled system
that allows each board to be checked
for quality assurance after each rotation.

and piston rods just waiting to be used for the low-rate
production of the PowerSki Jetboard™ Igniter
330™ and Igniter 360™ models.

PowerSki
is continuing to ramp up and purchase
parts in the 100's. Still
there are many more components needed
in order to get the New Igniter 360™
assembly up and running and it is anticipated
to begin in the next 60-90 days. |

PowerSki International Corp., is preparing

to start delivering PowerSki Jetboards™
to the world. |
