Powerski Signs Memorandum of Understanding to Merge with Nova Communications

Powerski International Corporation & Nova Communications announced execution of a Memorandum of Understanding to close the merger with PowerSki International, the designer and manufacturer of the patented PowerSki Jetboard, the World's most innovative watercraft.

Per the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding, Nova and PowerSki shall enter into an agreement and Plan of Merger pursuant to which PowerSki will be merged into Nova, with the surviving corporation taking the name of Powerski. Upon completion of the merger, Nova will change its name to PowerSki International Corp. We are please to report that this transaction is moving ahead as planned, and we will provide more updates soon.
