SupertorqueXT Investment Cast Tooling Built In Korea
Wenesday September 22, 12:30 PM PST

SAN CLEMENTE--September 22, 2004--Mr. Byeong-Jun, President, and Mr. Tae-Gu Kang, General Manager, of Daesung Fine Tec Co., Ltd. arrived from Korea on Tuesday, the 14™, for a final specifications review of the SupertorqueXT Marine Engine. Joined by Mike Moon, General Manager of Pacific X Auto Corporation, they met with Leo Greene, VP of Engineering, Bjorn Elvin, VP of Engine Development, and Bob Montgomery, CEO of PowerSki, International Corporation.

Everyone involved was pleased with the progress achieved during this face-to-face session. Mr. Moon stated that although the agenda called for three days of point-by-point review, only two were necessary to complete our business. Mr. Montgomery added, "We are very gratified with the commitment and effort that Daesung Fine Tec Co. has shown. The Korean-produced SupertorqueXT will be a really first class product." Mr. Montgomery went on to say, "Although the initial purchase order is for 12,000 engines, Mr. Kim assured me that the high-quality permanent tooling they are building is capable of producing upwards of 100,000 units."

Leo Greene noted that this new investment cast tooling produces an engine that is not only stronger and lighter, but also, significantly, less expensive. This brings the engine costs in line with our business plan targets for profitibility eatrlier than previously projected.

At meeting's end, all agreed that efforts are continuing smoothly on both sides of the pacific, and they felt it was highly probable that PowerSki's licensed PowerSki Jetboard™ assembler, PowerSki Manufacturing Corporation, will receive its initial production delivery of fully assembled, warranted SupertorqueXT Marine Engines in January, 2005.

New Igniter 330 Power Thruster Jet Pumps Arrive
Wednesday September 22, 12:30 PM

SAN CLEMENTE--September 16, 2004--On September 15th, PowerSki received the first production delivery of Power Thruster Jet Pumps from North American Marine Jet. This proprietary PowerSki-designed jet pump and drive train has been successfully tested in PowerSki Jetboards™ over the past several months. Bob Montgomery stated, "The increased thrust of the new jet pump changes the capability of the PowerSki Jetboard™. The top speed is higher, and turns are crisper." Leo Greene, VP of Engineering, pointed out, "This drive train and pump unit has been designed for perfect alignment in the PowerSki Igniter 330 Jetboard™, thereby reducing assembly cost and ensuring quality during mass production." Bjorn Elvin added, "Significant unit cost savings have been achieved by developing our own proprietary drive train in-house then subcontracting North American Marine Jet for the tooling and production.

The first pallet of jet pumps is seen being opened by Bob Montgomery and our enthusiastic production staff. These new pumps are now being prepared for installation into the next production cycle of Igniter 330 Jetboards. Pictured below are the latest group of PowerSki Jetboards™ in which the new pumps will be installed.
