SAN
CLEMENTE, Calif. October 22, 2004, PowerSki International
is expecting a positive result when it's PowerSki Series
250000™ Catalytic Converter tests are finalized
next week. If all goes as anticipated, and PowerSki International
meets EPA and CARB (California Air
Resource Board) standards, the PowerSki Jetboard™
will be lean, clean, and green throughout the USA, the
EU and the rest of the world. California has the highest
emission and noise standards in the country. The EPA and the
world look to CARB as the leader in emission and noise standards.
If the numbers on these preliminary tests meet their standards,
then we'll be immediately applying for certification. According
to Paul Lancaster, CEO of AET (Advanced Emission Technologies),
the PowerSki Series 250000™ is designed
to meet all worldwide EPA emission standards through 2020. Bob
Montgomery, CEO of PowerSki International Corporation,
stated, "I'm very excited about this new technology that
Paul invented, and our joint venture with AET."

converter installed into the exhaust pipe. This catalytic converter
with its disposable, replaceable filter system
will be placed in the exhaust pipe closer to the cylinder. This
placement improves the pipe's performance and enhances the converter's
operation with higher temperatures to burn excess emission particles.
Provisional patent application has been filed.
Bob Montgomery added,
"My original vision as a surfer, and the inventor of PowerSki
International's revolutionary new products, the motorized surfboard,
the patented PowerSki Jetboard™, and
the patented Supertorque XT™ engine,
was to design a sleek, lean, clean, and green machine. As a
surfer, I've always wanted a motorized surfboard that would
deliver the synergy of performance, speed, logic and beauty.
I believe Team PowerSki has achieved that goal. Our next goal
is to be green. We're the new kids on the block compared to
other major engine manufacturers. They have developed good,
clean, but expensive technology. However there are still millions
of old, outdated, polluting engines operating on the world's
waterways. PowerSki does not want to be part of that problem,
but rather plans to be part of the solution."
The technology of the
PowerSki Series 250000™ could address
part of the problem of pollution created by small, and medium
size, two and four-stroke engines worldwide. PowerSki International
has the exclusive rights to market and sell this wonderfully
simple solution to other companies at a fraction of the cost
they currently pay for their clean technology. This PowerSki
Series 250000™ could be a great addition to a
clean, direct fuel injection system or a four-stroke engine,
which could make each a much cleaner product. PowerSki's future
goals are to obtain and adapt an Orbital direct fuel injection
to our current Supertorque XT™ engines, and to complete
the development of our patented Supertorque XT™ four-stroke
engine.
Tim Aguirre,
Sales Manager of PowerSki International, said, "This
is the news I've been waiting for. The ability to offer a clean
product that meets and possibly exceeds CARB standards well
into the future means the California market could be opened
for dealership opportunities once it's CARB certified. After
assisting PowerSki International for the last year and a half
in building our worldwide dealer and distributor network, the
interest worldwide is phenomenal. Everyone loves the PowerSki
Jetboard™, but the biggest concern of dealers,
distributors, and consumers is that they're purchasing a clean
product. PowerSki's vision is to deliver the surfing lifestyle
to the masses with a product that emulates the clean sport of
surfing."
New PowerSki International
Corporate Headquarters
PowerSki International
Corporation is moving into our new facility over the next few
weeks. The new building is located at 1000 Calle Amanacer, San
Clemente, within a mile of our current location. Team PowerSki
is looking forward to occupying the 19,000 square foot building
within which PSI plans to expand our production, marketing and
sales capabilities.
AET PRESS RELEASE
10-19-2004
POWERSKI SERIES 250000™
The PowerSki 250000™
series high performance, close-coupled catalytic converter manufactured
by Advanced Emission Technologies (AET) is designed to strictly
maintain EPA legal emissions, noise, and durability requirements.
With a coated metallic substrate, burner tube, and disposable
soot collection filter, unique characteristics lend highly effectual
emissions control. The robust design permits th unit to be mounted
within the existing engine exhaust manifold, and still allows
easy access to the disposable filter for maintenance. Moreover,
the highly durable unit, mounted in close proximity to the engine
exhaust port, will operate at high operating temperatures, thereby
allowing the converter to quickly reach critical catalyst reactions.
This satisfies mandates set by the U.S. and Euro environmental
protection agencies. As a solution, PowerSki, in joint venture
with AET, has produced a one-piece, close coupled catalytic
converter with PM Burner tube and disposable filter to meet
these severe requirements.
The PowerSki 250000™
is manufactured using 304BA stainless steel, with integral inlet,
a mounting flange, and a perforated outlet with threaded end
to attach the disposable filter. The Weldless™ manufacturing
process uses a unique Microspin™ forming process to mechanically
lock the converter "core" and burner tube in place.
Ridges serve to lock the "core" in place and direct
the flow of hot exhaust gases away form exposed edges. This
AET one-piece process was developed for ceramic or metallic
substrate in a single, dual, and multi-bed application where
high temperatures, severe vibration, and zero leakage are requirements.
The process is adaptable
for producing catalytic converters, converter silencers, particulate
filters, mufflers, resonators, and specialty small engine applications.
All PowerSki products are designed to meet or surpass all EPA
durability and emission certification requirements. Moreover,
emissions, noise, and durability testing* has been performed
to specific customer part specifications that ensure confirmation
to the Environmental Protection Agency Code of Federal Requirements.

Provisional patent application has been filed.
Environmental Benefits
The PowerSki - AET
package offers several environmental benefits in the manufacturing
process, such as unique Weldless™ construction. The lack
of welds means lower production costs and energy savings, no
toxic fumes or chemical by-products, and no residual material
waste being produced. When installed in a system, there are
no welded inlet and outlet tubes to erode or break or interrupt
the superior flow characteristics that allow for improved catalyst
efficiency and, hence, lowered washcoat costs. Zero leakage
with increased durability is a result of the one-piece design
and construction.

Provisional patent application has been filed.
*Converter durability and performance is routinely
evaluated on high vibration/temperature test equipment. Our
internally seamless converter process has proven to be durable
under extreme temperature and vibration applications.
