Bob Montgomery set up and operated the first Jet Ski demo days and races. Bob quickly realized the need for aftermarket products would grow to epic proportions. Bob created Banzai Racing Products, one of the first aftermarket parts and accessories for the Jet Ski market. Banzai Racing Products included mechanical fuel injection systems, high performance cylinders, water apparel and accessories. Bob created TRW Banzai Jet Ski Racing Team to compete across the nation in the first days of the new sport of Jet Ski racing. Bob employed such Jet Ski greats as Doug Silverstein who became national champion three years in a row. TRW Banzai racing manufactured casted and ported performance cylinder blocks to win all of the races in the early years of Jet Ski racing.
