| POWERSKI PRESENTING AT MANUFACTURING WEEK |

CHICAGO, Illinois, March 3 - 5, 2003
The Powerski Design and Engineering Team were guests of PTC to present at Manufacturing Week at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. The Powerski presenters included CEO/ Inventor, Bob Montgomery, VP Engine Development, Bjorn Elvin giving a complete view of the history, development and current status of the Powerski Jetboard and SupertorqueXT engine. Also featured was Wayne Tanner of Leading Edge who helped design the Powerski Jetboard handle in Pro/E. |

| The schedule in the PTC Booth included daily shows with an extensive 45 minute presentation in the Innovation Theatre on Wednesday, March 5. PTC booth with the Powerski Jetboard received the Show Stopper Award. |

| These exciting presentations included a live Jetboard and SupertorqueXT engine, exciting footage of the board in action, in depth footage of the design process along with the first hand experiences of the inventors, designers and engineers bringing this revolutionary new watercraft to market. |
